Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino in Prior Lake, MN is seeking a Food & Beverage Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the F&B leadership team. You will help with scheduling, recordkeeping, report compilation, and interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining departmental systems, preparing meeting materials, managing inventory, updating menus, and assisting with large-scale F&B and Gaming Enterprise events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years of administrative support preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B leaders with departmental scheduling and coordinate daily/weekly meetings.
• Establish and maintain records relevant to F&B and related departments.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries from internal departments and external vendors/partners.
• Compile weekly/monthly/annual reports and data for F&B.
• Create meeting agendas, presentations, and training materials as needed.
• Assist with ordering and inventory management for culinary team.
• Update restaurant menus and pricing; coordinate changes with internal teams.
• Enter purchase requisitions and manage vendor licenses; ensure invoices are paid.
• Maintain office equipment and coordinate IT needs; order supplies and arrange maintenance.
• Support planning and execution of large-scale F&B and Gaming Enterprise events.
