Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead all park-wide F&B operations, including restaurants, catering, purchasing, and warehousing. You will drive exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership, financial accountability, and safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include team development, ensuring training, maintaining inventory accuracy, and monitoring cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership in food service/restaurant operations.
• Experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Food & Beverage operations across the park.
• Oversee restaurant locations, catering, purchasing, and warehouse functions.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs, and analyze sales trends.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
• Provide staff training, coaching, and development.
