Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Retail Area Supervisor to lead daily store operations and drive guest service excellence. You will oversee opening/closing, inventory, display setup, and staff scheduling while coaching a high-performing team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Cash handling experience or passing a math assessment may be required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to train others in stocking, setup, and display techniques.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening and closing procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Handle customer concerns, registervoids, and transactional issues with urgency.
• Direct team in setup and maintenance of displays and sales areas.
• Support scheduling and staffing coordination, including call-outs and adjustments.
• Coach, mentor, and assist team leads and supervisors.
• Perform inventory tasks using computerized systems and train others.
• Model strong register operations and ensure proper cash handling.
• Deliver outstanding sales and service by engaging guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment following safety protocols.
• Promote integrity, inclusion, and professionalism within the team.
• Lead store setup and merchandising aligned with visual guidelines.
• Document and respond to team performance issues with corrective coaching.
• Support cross-functional needs within the Retail Department.
