Palmetto Bluff is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead operations in Bluffton, SC. You will drive exceptional service while optimizing financial results, overseeing dining rooms, bars, and related outlets.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and a focus on guest satisfaction within a luxury resort environment. Benefits include robust medical, dental, and retirement options.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• A minimum of two years of Food & Beverage leadership experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and figures using computer tools.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages required.
• Basic computer skills and budgeting analysis capabilities.
• All staff serving alcohol must have or obtain SC-approved Alcohol Server Training.

Mansioni

• Oversight of front-of-house operations to maintain service standards.
• Collaborate with culinary team to create cohesive, supportive operations.
• Train and develop service staff; conduct pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain a professional work environment and up-to-date POS system.
• Drive product and service culture by engaging with guests and staff.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate restaurant associates.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recruit and train bar staff; manage inventory and supplies.
• Monitor profitability and control distribution of resources.
