Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to assist the F&B Operations Manager in coordinating all activities within the venue. The role requires supervising F&B Supervisors and staff across multiple outlets, managing scheduling, and supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives.

The candidate should have strong leadership, personnel management experience, and a focus on customer relations, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related
• OR minimum of five years consistent and well-rounded Food & Beverage experience AND a minimum of five years management experience within the Food & Beverage industry
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsabilités

• Oversee F&B Supervisors and venue operations.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of all employees providing meals and/or beverages.
• Assist Operations Manager with personnel management including hiring and evaluation.
• Review and post weekly personnel shift schedules and adjust as needed.
• Analyze information concerning venue operations such as daily food sales, attendance, and labor costs for budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping relating to personnel issues.
• Promote positive customer relations and respond to patron complaints.
• Coordinate with other departments for special events staffing needs.
