Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort in Washington state seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee multiple F&B outlets and lead a diverse team in delivering high-quality service.

You will supervise venue supervisors, manage staff training and scheduling, and assist in budgeting, cost controls and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a customer-centric approach within a tribal casino environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or related.
• OR minimum of five years consistent and well-rounded Food & Beverage experience AND a minimum of five years management experience.
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Venue F&B Supervisors and staff.
• Assist Operations Manager with personnel management, training, interviewing, hiring and evaluation.
• Review, adjust and post personnel shift schedules weekly.
• Analyze daily food sales, patron attendance, and labor costs to prepare budgets.
