Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a capable Food & Beverage Supervisor/Assistant Manager to ensure consistent high-quality service in the restaurant. You will lead front-of-house teams, coordinate with the kitchen, and maintain open communication with the culinary group to uphold standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, excellent customer service, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a front-of-house supervisor or assistant manager in a high-volume operation.
• Ability to train staff weekly on service standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cache Creek Casino Resort in a positive manner.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams and coordinate with the restaurant chef and culinary staff.
• Oversee shift operations, assignments, breaks, coaching and scheduling for all staff on duty.
