Job description

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees the operation of the hotel's food and beverage services, including complimentary breakfast, banquets, and the restaurant bar. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, managing inventory of food and beverage supplies, handling customer complaints, and preparing menus. The manager supervises activities related to the hotel's breakfast service, restaurant bar, and banquets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House F&B operations.
  2. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
  3. Organize and supervise staff shifts.
  4. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  5. Control operational costs and implement measures to reduce waste.
  6. Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
