About the Position

The Baccarat Hotel New York, a Forbes 5-Star property located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a highly skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant and bar teams. This role supervises over 40 employees and is responsible for their overall management, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Employee training, development, & review
  2. Enforcement of safety and emergency procedures
  3. Implementation of job descriptions and performance reviews
  4. Staff morale and department scheduling
  5. Managing payroll and departmental costs within budget
Qualifications
  1. At least three years of Food & Beverage management experience in a luxury hotel
  2. Experience managing staff in a union environment (Local 6)
  3. Strong service ethic and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to apply common sense and solve problems in standardized situations
