Food & Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and excellent service. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily outlet operations
  2. Supervising outlet personnel
  3. Responding promptly to guest complaints
  4. Collaborating with other F&B managers and informing superiors of issues
  5. Monitoring loss prevention measures
  6. Preparing and submitting reports timely
  7. Ensuring quality of service and compliance with health and safety regulations
  8. Assisting in menu planning and staff training
  9. Conducting staff performance reviews and participating in departmental training
  10. Handling hiring processes and maintaining guest satisfaction
