JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description: As a Food & Beverage Manager, your professional leadership will develop our team to the next level in delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining the Pfister Hotel's reputation for prestigious service that keeps our guests coming back. You will oversee our In Room Dining Services and Club Lounge. Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee has been a hotel icon for nearly 130 years. As one of the best hotels in Milwaukee and the Midwest, we continue a grand tradition of gracious service and impeccable style. The hotel has received AAA Four Diamond status for 46 consecutive years, one of only 11 properties in North America to maintain this since 1976. Job Type: Full-Time. Salary: $57,000 - $61,000 annually. Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring high-quality food, beverage, and service standards.
• Assisting with interviewing, training, supervising, and disciplining staff.
• Interacting positively with guests to promote hotel facilities and resolve issues.
• Maintaining profitability of outlets.
• Utilizing POS systems for accurate billing and revenue tracking.
• Maintaining professional appearance and ethics.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements include:

• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and preparation techniques.
• Knowledge of beverage operations and wines.
• Mathematical skills for inventory and financial tracking.
• Excellent customer service skills requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage.
