Wawa is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations, delivering a fresh, efficient, and customer-focused experience daily. You will collaborate with the GM and AGM to drive performance, train associates, and maintain health standards in a fast-paced store environment.

You will own food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives while leading hiring, scheduling, and team growth to ensure exceptional service and sales results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations with a focus on quality and consistency.

• Support hiring, scheduling, training, and team development.
