Job summary

The Charter Hotel Seattle, operated by Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to lead restaurant operations and staff. You will manage scheduling, cost controls, and uphold brand standards across outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Culinary school or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of one year food & beverage/hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules associates at proper staffing levels and monitors labor costs.
• Ensures restaurant adheres to brand/franchise standards.
• Conducts pre-shift meetings and reviews daily specials.
• Maintains food & beverage quality and guest services; resolves complaints.
• Assists sales and banquet staff with events and functions.
• Works with Sales Office to ensure all function details are completed.
• Monitors expenses and assists in developing the annual operating budget.
• Requisitions food/equipment with specs, quantities, and quality.
