Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 242 in Fairborn, OH. This on-site role runs Mon-Sat 4am-12pm with a $13.50–$15.25 hourly pay range, leading a foodservice area and assisting associates to grow foodservice sales.

The Lead ensures safe operations, trains staff on programs and SOPs, and upholds Hi Five Guest Experience. Must be able to handle POS transactions and comply with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or foodservice operations.
• Ability to train others and ensure food safety compliance.
• Knowledge of SOPs and production guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area following SOPs.
• Operate and monitor foodservice equipment and maintain temperatures.
• Ensure accurate ordering to prevent stockouts and support sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas and supplies.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and safety procedures.
• Deliver high-quality guest service following the Hi Five Experience.
• Handle transactions accurately and comply with alcohol/tobacco laws.
