Job summary

ARK in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead to guide our hotel's F&B team, oversee service standards, and elevate guest experiences. You will partner with culinary and front-of-house teams to deliver memorable dining.

Compensation is $16-17 per hour. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, menu development, and customer satisfaction, with opportunities for growth within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• A firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
• Hospitality customer relationship management experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department, including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service
• Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
• Implement and monitor the operation schedules of food and beverage staff
• Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
• Work with our culinary team to create new menus with the correct pricing structure
