Job summary

Golden Nugget Lake Charles is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of the buffet and related outlets. You will lead front-line staff, manage schedules, and ensure guest service excellence in a high-volume casino-resort setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of F&B management, strong cost control and inventory skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a similar operation.
• Knowledge of food/beverage cost, labor, and inventory control.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for inventory and payroll tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the buffet and related outlets.
• Lead front-line staff, manage scheduling and performance.
• Ensure quality service and sanitation standards.
• Maintain safe, hazard-free work environment and compliance.
