Job summary

Target in the United States is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to deliver a friendly guest experience on the sales floor, uphold food safety standards, and manage replenishment, pricing and displays. You will promote products, assist guests and collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires a welcoming attitude, comfort with fast-paced tasks, and availability for nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
