Job summary

Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Expert to help Guests enjoy a friendly, efficient shopping experience in our Food & Beverage areas. You will assist guests, stock and replenish, and uphold food safety and product standards while collaborating with a fast-paced team.

You will be part of a dynamic in-store Food & Beverage team, working flexible shifts and delivering high-quality guest service across all areas of the store.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet at 10ft and 4ft, help guests find what they need, end every transaction with a thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience with a full shopping experience during all hours of operations.
• Uphold Food & Beverage standards and safety procedures.
