Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert in Phoenix to deliver a friendly, guest‑first experience and uphold food safety and merchandising standards.

You’ll greet guests, assist with finding products, and support backroom and front‑store operations. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 44 pounds, and adapting to a dynamic schedule including nights and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous food or grocery experience is preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and use handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team to help guests.
• Resolve guest questions quickly and accurately.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
