Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only)
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and use handheld scanners
• Work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first and freshness culture in Food & Beverage
• Food & Beverage business fundamentals including sales trends, inventory, quality and freshness management
• Understanding food seasonality, freshness and quality, food safety standards and routines, and merchandising
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing stock
