Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert for our stores to deliver a friendly, guest-centered shopping experience. You will help guests locate products, resolve questions, and uphold food safety and merchandising standards while working with a fast-paced team.

The role requires 18+ years of age, willingness to work varied hours including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Training covers guest service and store operations, including handheld scanners and POS usage.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Food or grocery experience is preferred but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
