Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to help deliver a friendly, guest-focused shopping experience in a fast-paced store environment in Fort Myers, FL. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, manage replenishment, and uphold food safety standards while working with a dynamic team.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to multitask across tasks like cashiering, signage, and backroom organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiate a warm, helpful interaction.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you.
• Follow Food & Beverage standards and processes including deliveries, replenishment, signing, and merchandising.
• Support backroom organization and keep displays organized and stocked.
• Follow safety policies, PPE guidelines, and proper equipment use at all times.
• Assist guests with back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up duties as needed.
