COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading golf brand to appoint an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee the full F&B operation at a prestigious private golf property in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The role focuses on leading day-to-day F&B, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional member and guest service across restaurant, bar and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably within a private club, golf club, resort or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Proven experience with budgeting, P&L and cost control
• Excellent communication and member/guest service skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, service-driven environment
• Strong understanding of current food & beverage trends and operations
