Job summary

Gray Construction seeks a Project Manager - Food and Beverage Market to lead complex projects across Charlotte, NC, Dallas, TX and Lexington, KY offices. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of construction management experience, a related degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

You will coordinate trades, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality programs are followed on site. Travel between offices will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture) preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and other Gray-provided programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interrelating activities of trade partners, suppliers, vendors, design and engineering teams.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules and report progress.
• Lead project teams and ensure safety and quality programs on site.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for scope compliance.
• Prepare and present project reports and manage procurement activities.
