Job summary

Gray Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Food and Beverage market projects across Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; or Lexington, KY. This role requires strategic leadership, rigorous cost control, and a track record of managing large, design/build initiatives.

You will mentor project teams, drive profitability, and ensure safety, schedule, and quality across complex industrial facilities. The candidate should demonstrate deep knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 10 years related experience or training.
• Minimum 7 years of continuous P&L accountability on multiple projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing all disciplines for design/build projects.
• Experience with lump sum, GMP, cost-plus, and fee-based contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design/build projects in the Food & Beverage market.
• Maintain ownership of project profitability and cost control.
• Mentor and develop project staff, including PMs and APMs.
• Coordinate with owners, subs, vendors, and customers to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, and profitability on each project.
