Job summary

Naturpak is seeking a Batcher for its Janesville, WI facility. You will prepare, weigh, and mix ingredients according to batch records, monitor parameters, and ensure all batches meet quality standards.

The role requires operating kettles, mixers, and blenders, maintaining accurate batch records, and coordinating with the production team. A high level of attention to detail and GMP adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food manufacturing or batching/formulation role is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, weigh, and combine ingredients according to batch records and recipes.
• Operate batch processing equipment such as mixers, kettles, and blenders.
• Monitor batch parameters and collect samples for Quality Control.
• Coordinate with the R2 operator and production team on batch transfers.
• Complete batch records and verify ingredient lots, dates, and quantities.
• Manage ingredient inventory in the batching area and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Keep a clean, food safe batching area and follow all allergen and GMP procedures.
