Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible to overtime as production needs require.

Responsibilities

• Cook soup products in the kettle per approved recipes and batch weights.
• Coordinate with Quality Control and controller before each cook.
• Direct kettle assistants during prebatching and ingredient prep.
• Monitor temperature, time, and agitation during the cook.
• Collect samples and transfer finished batches to the R2 machine.
• Complete production documentation and maintain sanitation.
