Job summary

Trinity Health Alabama is seeking a full-time team member to perform base-level service fulfillment, disinfection and sanitation in patient-facing, ancillary or back-office areas. You will provide service and support to patients, families and guests with compassion and professionalism, aiming to meet or exceed their expectations every day.

Responsibilities

• Collect meal orders, prepares, assembles, and serves food according to dietary guidelines and quality standards.
• Handles more advanced prep and ensures items meet production tallies and deadlines.
• Coordinates with cooks, supervisors, and clinical staff on food quality and equipment.
• Rotates and replenishes floor stock, food supplies, and kitchen inventory to maintain par levels and reduce waste.
• Cleans dishes, utensils, equipment, and work areas; ensures sanitation compliance and reports maintenance or safety issues.
• Operates basic kitchen tools, cleans, and maintains equipment according to safety protocols.
• Follows food safety and hygiene guidelines, monitors and records food and equipment temperatures to meet regulatory standards.
• Operates point-of-sale systems, handles cash transactions accurately.
