Job summary

Rosen Hotels & Resorts in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to support the Food & Beverage Manager, oversee assigned outlets, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of F&B experience required.
• Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs infrequently.

• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the shift to supervise operations effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate and coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist in handling guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Uphold policies within the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.

The F&B Supervisor at Rosen Hotels & Resorts provides valuable support to the Food and Beverage Manager. • Assist in handling guest complaints and intercede when necessary to resolve issues professionally.
• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous F&B experience required.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Food Handler and/or ServSafe Certification preferred.
