Summary:

The VIP Concierge team at Rosen Hotels & Resorts® is dedicated to enhancing the guest experience through tailored services and knowledgeable recommendations regarding local events, dining, entertainment, and wine selections. Serving as the primary point of contact between guests, the hotel, and external vendors, our team strives to meet all guest needs in alignment with Company Standards. In addition, we take pride in organizing and maintaining a welcoming VIP lounge on designated days, while also overseeing the essential organization and data entry of all daily paperwork. Prior to guest arrival, we ensure that VIP rooms are meticulously prepared to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and creating memorable experiences throughout each guest's stay.


• Serve as the primary liaison between guests, hotel departments, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of requests.


• Provide expert recommendations regarding local attractions, dining venues, entertainment options, cultural events, and wine selections to enhance the overall guest experience.


• Build positive relationships with guests through proactive engagement, offering tailored suggestions and assistance to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.


• Maintain compliance with all Food Handling, Responsible Vendor, and company safety policies and procedures.


• Accurately complete data entry tasks, maintain organized records, and prepare daily operational and guest service reports.


• Conduct guest room inspections and property walkthroughs to ensure service standards and quality expectations are consistently met.


• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, special requests, concerns, and service recovery situations.


• Coordinate reservations, transportation arrangements, dining reservations, and personalized guest itineraries as requested.


• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of hotel amenities, services, promotions, and local area offerings to effectively assist guests.


• Support departmental operations by managing administrative functions, tracking guest preferences, and ensuring the accuracy of guest-related information.


• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.


• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of front desk or related customer service experience required.


• Sit for extended periods, talk and hear, walk and stretch while inspecting rooms.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills.


• Excellent attention to detail skills.


• Ability to consistently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.


• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Education and Certification(s)/License(s):

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
