Role Description

The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Louisville, KY, responsible for overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets. This includes managing service standards, coordinating staffing and scheduling, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences in dining and bar areas. The role involves monitoring inventory and purchasing, supporting menu development in collaboration with culinary leadership, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The manager leads, trains, and mentors team members, drives revenue and cost control initiatives, and regularly reviews performance metrics to meet operational and financial goals. The position also requires close partnership with hotel leadership to support special events, promotions, and overall property objectives.
