Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have prior experience on the Folder/Gluer and be in the Folder/Gluer Apprentice pool.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Folder/Gluer machine.
• Ensure machine efficiency and timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate rake-off personnel and ensure accuracy of load tags.
• Evaluate production quality and report concerns.
• Maintain inventory supplies (e.g., glue) and adhere to maintenance procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and inform maintenance of equipment problems.
• Work with supervisor to meet production schedules.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of equipment and area.
• Overtime is required.
