Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Folder/Gluer Operator for Winston-Salem, NC on the 2nd shift. You will set up and operate the machine, review production masters, maintain records, and coordinate load tags and rake-off personnel.

The role emphasizes production efficiency, quality evaluation, adherence to safety and company policies, and assisting in meeting production schedules. Overtime is required and drug screening is conducted after a conditional offer.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must have prior Folder/Gluer experience and be in the Apprentice pool.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the machine, review production master, maintain production records.
• Ensure machine efficiency and timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate rake-off personnel and accuracy of load tags and unitizing.
