Job summary

Folder-Gluer Operator role available for 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate folder/gluer equipment, load printed materials, and monitor quality and output to ensure standards are met.

You will scan products, create labels, and assist with basic maintenance while following safety protocols. Ideal candidates have some experience with folder/gluer machines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong mechanical/troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to follow work instructions and meet quality standards.
• Previous folder/gluer equipment experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder/gluer equipment.
• Load printed materials into the machine.
• Monitor product quality and production output.
• Scan products and create labels using the production system.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report larger problems.
• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance on the equipment.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Communicate production or equipment issues to supervisors.
