Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in setting up and operating folder/gluer equipment and Leary glue/detection systems.
• Ability to adjust machine settings during setup and production.
• Experience reading job jackets and pallet tickets.
• Willingness to learn plant floor data systems.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, make ready, and operate folder/gluer equipment at max rated efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical/operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Adjust machine settings during production to ensure proper carton feed, glue application, and delivery.
• Inspect, pack, and feed product while operating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review job jackets and pallet tickets to ensure accurate production.
• Enter and manage work orders using JD Edwards and navigate plant floor data systems.
• Comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Support team operations and develop leadership potential for future lead roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
