Pratt Industries, Inc. in Sandston, VA is seeking a Folder Gluer, Flexo Press, Rotary Die Cutter, Jumbo Operator for the 2nd shift. The role is full time, hourly, with duties covering setup, operation, cleanup, and process improvements to meet cost and quality goals.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, be able to learn mechanical setup, troubleshoot issues, and run multiple box styles while ensuring quality and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing experience running a machine.
• Experience in corrugated industry preferred.
• Must learn and assist in mechanical setup.
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs ability.
• Proficient with production software and reading factory masters.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folder gluer and related equipment.
• Minimize waste and ensure quality during runs.
• Train Post positions and learn box styles.
• Check for defects and complete production reports.
• Maintain schedule adherence and assist maintenance.
