The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and timely reporting. A high school diploma or GED is required, with preferred experience in the corrugated industry. Excellent communication and basic math skills help ensure smooth production.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate folding and gluing operations per setup techniques.
• Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue.
• Properly operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
• Maximize equipment utilization by running at capacity and speed.
• Learn to run a variety of box styles.
• Check box quality during runs for defects.
• Complete production, machine status, safety and quality data reports.
• Submit maintenance work orders and assist in equipment upkeep.
• Adhere to production schedule and suggest scheduling improvements to meet goals.
• Follow safety and housekeeping policies.
