Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret operating instructions.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and efficient set-up of folding and gluing operations.
• Minimize waste of sheet stock and glue.
• Operate machine to run efficiently and produce quality products.
• Maximize equipment utilization by operating at capacity and speed.
• Learn to run a variety of box styles.
• Check box quality during production for defects.
• Complete reports including Production Data and Safety Data.
• Submit maintenance work orders for repairs; support equipment upkeep.
• Follow production schedule and report scheduling issues.
• Comply with company policies including safety; maintain good housekeeping.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
