Responsibilities

• Developing and supporting FOIA Program compliance operations and collaborating with various stakeholders, within the U.S. Secret Service, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) FOIA and Privacy Act Office.
• Monitoring FOIA compliance by maintaining broad based awareness of legal, regulatory, administrative, judicial and current events; researching, analyzing, and reporting on emerging urgent issues, ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal privacy laws and regulations.
• Evaluating long and short-term program goals to support and facilitate the agency's compliance with FOIA laws.
• Coordinating the preparation and oversight of special projects involving in-depth research and analysis of technical and policy issues.
