Job summary

Relativity seeks a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end migration projects for government customers within RelativityOne. You will guide data mapping, transformation, validation, and cutovers, while partnering with engineering to shape the Data Migration Utility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in technical/consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, integration, or engineering, with structured/semi-structured data migrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; hands-on with data formats, transformation tools, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience as a product owner or technical lead, documenting requirements and driving delivery.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust designation; active federal clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new government customers, ensuring accurate, secure migration into RelativityOne.
• Develop migration plans with data mapping, validation, transformation logic, and agency-specific cutover strategies.
• Serve as technical point of contact for FOIA agency customers across migration lifecycle.
• Act as SME and backlog driver for Data Migration Utility; write user stories, criteria, and specs; validate features.
• Document tool capabilities, configurations, and migration best practices.
• Apply FOIA regulations and agency workflows to deliver tailored migration guidance.
• Collaborate with TAM/CS to onboard customers and create repeatable migration playbooks.
