Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to drive end-to-end data migrations for government customers into RelativityOne. You will define requirements for migration tooling, partner with engineering, and directly support FOIA agency engagements.

The role emphasizes applying FOIA regulations, data management workflows, and compliance considerations, with Public Trust clearance as a prerequisite. Hybrid/remote work is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT.
Experience with government agencies or regulated industries.
Experience in data migration and data engineering.
SQL proficiency and data transformation scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, XML, CSV).
Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
Experience as product owner or technical lead driving delivery.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end FOIA data migrations for government customers into RelativityOne.
Plan data mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover strategies.
Serve as technical point of contact across migration lifecycle.
Develop user stories and test/validate new migration features.
Document best practices and runbooks; improve migration methodologies.
