Job summary

Relativity is seeking a FOIA Data Migration & Compliance Lead to guide end-to-end migration projects for government agencies within RelativityOne. You will partner across engineering and customer success to design, implement, and validate migration tooling and workflows, ensuring secure, compliant handling of DT1 data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information management, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with government agencies or regulated-industry customers in technical or consulting roles.
• Experience in data migration, data integration, or data engineering with structured/semi-structured data.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data querying/transformation; scripting languages incl. Python/PowerShell/JSON/XML/CSV.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end FOIA data migration projects for new customers and agencies.
• Develop migration plans: mapping, validation, transformation, cutover.
• Be primary technical contact for FOIA customers across migration lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot migration issues with engineering and QA teams.
• Act as SME on data handling, retention, and compliance considerations.
