• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Alert management of potentially serious issues.
• Maintain procedures to ensure security and proper storage of inventory and cash handling.
