Chick-fil-A in North Haven, CT is seeking a Front of House Shift Leader to guide the team, elevate guest experiences, and drive excellence. You’ll lead operations, coach teammates, and solve problems in real time while helping the restaurant perform at its best.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• The confidence to coach, give feedback, and lead difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front of House, Drive-Thru, and guest experience operations.
• Plan each shift and position the team for success.
• Set goals and expectations through daily huddles and communication.
• Monitor service speed, hospitality, accuracy, and overall performance.
• Make real-time decisions to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Uphold opening/closing, breaks, cash handling, cleanliness, and safety standards.
