• Conduct 2 weekly team check-ins with coaching.
• Drive 90%+ team member satisfaction on surveys.
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety with checklists.
• Engage with at least 10 guests per shift.
• Partner with Directors to identify emerging leaders.
• Ensure CFA One guest sign-ups and promotions compliance.
