Job summary

The Twelve Thirty Club in Nashville, TN, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a high-volume dining venue. You will guide shifts, coordinate scheduling, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining top service standards.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of full-service restaurant leadership, strong knowledge of POS and reservation systems, and a passion for coaching teams to deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant experience.
• Ability to manage shifts, scheduling and planning.
• Understand flavors, wines, and guest expectations.
• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team.
• Maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
