The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of food service experience, some supervisory exposure, and a willingness to train and mentor teammates. 30–40 hours weekly with a weekend shift, in-store work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional food service experience.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Comfort with using a cash register and beverage equipment.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week, including at least one weekend shift.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the model of hospitality in the bakery.
• Maintain a positive team environment.
• Provide open communication with management about operations.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization on shift.
• Act as cash controller for the shifts.
• Handle catering orders and local deliveries as needed.
• Execute proper store openings and closings with teammates.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in the dining room.
• Troubleshoot equipment and know escalation steps.
