Parry’s Pizzeria & Taphouse in Northglenn seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations, guest experience, and sales performance. You will coach teams on the floor, manage the door and bar, and ensure each shift runs smoothly with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, labor control, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest service during peak periods, nights and weekends.

Formación

• Experience managing front-of-house in a high-volume restaurant.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced service team on the floor.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Comfortable managing waitlists, seating, and guest flow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all FOH operations with accountability for guest experience, sales, and shift execution.
• Drive sales through purposeful table visits and upselling.
• Maintain FOH cleanliness, pre-bussing standards, and safety practices.
• Coach and mentor FOH team members in real time; CHEERS is taught and reinforced on the floor.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and training FOH staff.
