Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service for takeout orders and dine-in guests.
• Answer phones promptly and guide guests through the menu and ordering process.
• Enter orders, process payments, verify details, and minimize errors.
• Coordinate with kitchen and FOH for order status and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and support opening/closing duties.
• Support teammates during peak periods.
