ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed franchisee of Sonny’s BBQ, invites you to join our Front of House team in Baton Rouge. You’ll deliver memorable guest experiences, manage transactions, seat guests, and coordinate with kitchen staff in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Constant ability to push, pull, lift, carry and or move up to 10 pounds.
• Team Members will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and required to work with cleaning chemicals. Frequent washing of the hands is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service
• Ability to upsell guests beyond their orders
• Process transactions and collect payment
• Assist with restocking items
• Interact with guests upon arrival and seat them accordingly
• Communicate with the kitchen staff
• Complete assigned cleaning duties and side work
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned
